to upload new names to Vertical Response
In FM, select the new names, probably by selecting those records created after a certain date, with email >0.
Export a file as CSV containing title, first name, last name, email and contact ID
go into VR, list, new file, choose the file, and map the fields to the available fields. It will produce a list of those that failed, which you can then investigate.
